Return Policy

At Trishiv Ethnic, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in delivering quality products. Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return, Replacement & Refund Eligibility

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2. Mandatory Proof for Return Requests

To process your request, customers must share the following within 24 hours of receiving the order:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the entire parcel opening process
  • Product images clearly highlighting the damage or defect
  • Outer parcel image
  • Shipping label image with visible details

Failure to provide the above proofs may result in rejection of the request.

3. Replacement & Refund Process

After verification by our Quality Check (QC) team:

Replacement

  • A replacement will be provided for the same product or another product of equal or higher value.
  • If a higher-value product is selected, the customer must pay the price difference.

Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after QC approval.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping Policy

  • Reverse pickup service is not available.
  • Customers are required to courier the product to our warehouse address, which will be shared after return approval.
  • Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method after applicable deductions, if any.

6. Important Conditions

  • Only one-time return or replacement is allowed per order.
  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, or print may occur due to lighting and photography and are not considered defects.
  • Accessories shown in images (jewellery, bags, props, etc.) are for display purposes only unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers
  • Stitched garments, blouses, innerwear
  • Sarees with fall and edging done

8. Bundle / Combo Products

  • Products sold as sets or combo packs must be returned in full.
  • Partial returns from a combo or set are not accepted.

9. Processing Timeline

  • Return approval is subject to QC verification.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

Requests raised via any unofficial platform will not be entertained.

11. Legal Disclaimer

Any dispute arising from purchases made on Trishiv Ethnic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
