Orders placed on our website are generally processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email or message containing shipment and tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, DTDC, and other reputed courier services.
International shipping may be offered on request and is subject to destination feasibility, shipping charges, and applicable customs regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India):
Shipping is free of charge for standard deliveries unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.

4. Insurance and Risk of Loss

All products are insured during transit until delivery at the address provided by the customer.
Once the order is delivered and accepted at the delivery address, responsibility and risk associated with the product transfer to the customer.
If the recipient is different from the purchaser, delivery confirmation at the given address shall be considered successful delivery.

5. Taxes and Duties

All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law.
For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities must be paid by the customer. Customers may be contacted if documentation or additional information is required for customs clearance.

6. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier partner.
• Remote or Outstation Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery time ranges from 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Delays caused by factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or courier issues—may affect delivery timelines. Customers will be informed in such cases wherever possible.

7. Packaging Standards

All products are securely packed using tamper-proof and protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
In compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, each parcel includes mandatory labeling such as product details, seller information, customer care contact, and pricing details.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
Re-dispatch will be initiated only after confirmation from the customer and may be subject to additional shipping charges.

9. Shipment Tracking and Support

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link or AWB number shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
